شناسایی و طبقه بندی عوامل موثر بر انتخاب محصولات کسب و کارهای اشتراکی با استفاده از روش تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی

چکیده

کسب و کارهای اشتراکی جدید ترین شیوه عرضه محصولات از طریق پلاتفرم مجازی است. هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی شناسایی و طبقه بندی عوامل موثر بر انتخاب محصولات کسب وکارهای اشتراکی با استفاده از روش تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی می باشد. پژوهش، از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش اجرا نوع توصیفی - پیمایشی است. برای جمع آوری اطلاعات و داده های مورد نیاز از بررسی های اسنادی، کتابخانه ای و مطالعات میدانی(پرسشنامه) استفاده شده است. روایی پرسشنامه به روش محتوایی و پایایی ها با ضریب کرنباخ 0.83 تایید شده است. پرسشنامه به روش نمونه گیری کاملا تصادفی بین 384 نفر از مشتریان محصولات اشتراکی در شهر تهران توزیع گردید، تعداد 18 ویژگی با استفاده از نرم افزار spss و آزمون ماتریس همبستگی مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند و نتایج حاصل از تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها در 7 عامل شناسایی و طبقه بندی شده اند. این عامل ها به ترتیب اهمیت عبارتند از: اعتماد، سودآوری، نوآوری، سهولت استفاده، جذابیت و لذت بخشی، حکمرانی و آگاهی های زیست محیطی که بر انتخاب محصولات اشتراکی تاثیر دارند.

چکیده [English]

Abstract
Shared businesses are the newest way to offer products through a virtual platform. The purpose of this study is to identify and classify the factors affecting the selection of Shared Businesses products using exploratory factor analysis. The research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey type in terms of implementation method. Documentary, library and field studies (questionnaires) have been used to collect the required information and data. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by content method and reliability with Cronbach's coefficient of 0.83. The questionnaire was distributed by completely random sampling among 384 customers of shared products in Tehran, 18 features were analyzed using SPSS software and correlation matrix test and the results of data analysis in 7 Agents are identified and classified. These factors, in order of importance: trust, profitability, innovation, ease of use, attractiveness and enjoyment, governance, environmental awareness, affect the choice of shared products.
