بررسی اثر تفاوت قیمت، هنجار اجتماعی سلسله مراتبی و بومی بر ادراک قیمت گذاری منصفانه؛ تحلیل نقش منبع تامین مالی
پژوهشهای متعدد بیانگر این مطلب است، تا زمانی که فروشندگان در بازار منصفانه عمل نکنند، مصرف کنندگان تشویق به وفاداری و خرید مجدد نخواهند شد. از این رو عوامل متعددی بر ادراک منصفانه مصرف کنندگان تاثیر گذار است. هدف از این پژوهش، بررسی اثر تفاوت قیمت و هنجار اجتماعی سلسه مراتبی و بومی بر ادراک قیمت گذاری منصفانه با تبیین نقش منبع تامین مالی است. این مطالعه از نظر هدف کاربردی، از نظر روش توصیفی- پیمایشی، و از نظر گردآوری داده ها کتابخانه ای- میدانی می باشد. همچنین این پژوهش مبتنی بر یک طرح آزمایشی عاملی با 8 سناریوی متفاوت بازی نقش است که در قالب پرسشنامه میان مشتریان هتل های بین المللی پارسیان انجام شد و داده های گردآوری شده از 240 پرسشنامه تجزیه و تحلیل شد. نتایج حاصل از بررسی داده ها و آزمون فرضیه ها نشان داد که تفاوت معناداری بین اثرگذاری تفاوت قیمت در دو قیمت 10 هزار تومان و 150 هزار تومان بر ادراک منصفانه مشاهده نشده، اما تفاوت معناداری بین اثرگذاری هنجار اجتماعی سلسله مراتبی و بومی بر ادراک منصفانه مشاهده شده است. همچنین نتایج تحلیل واریانس عاملی نشان داد که اثر تعاملی منبع تامین مالی توسط شخص یا سازمان در رابطه با هنجار اجتماعی و ادراک منصفانه مورد تایید واقع گردید، اما اثر تعاملی منبع تامین مالی توسط شخص یا سازمان در رابطه با تفاوت قیمت و ادراک منصفانه مورد تایید قرار نگرفته است.

تأثیر بکارگیری بازاریابی محتوایی بر قصد بازدید مجدد وبسایت در کسب و کارهای نوظهور اینترنتی (مورد مطالعه: وبسایت یکتا کتاب)
با توجه به استقبال بسیار زیاد کاربران اینترنتی از سایتهای ارائه دهنده کانالها و خدمات بصورت آنلاین، امروزه یکی از مؤثرترین و بهینه ترین، روشها از حیث کم هزینه بودن، کارایی و جذب کاربران، استفاده از تکنیکهای بازاریابی محتوایی می باشد. بازاریابی محتوایی به فعالیتهای مرتبط با ایجاد و بروز رسانی محتوایی وبسایت برای جذب و حفظ کاربران اینترنتی در وبسایتها اطلاق می شود. هدف این مطالعه بررسی تأثیر چگونگی بکارگیری بازاریابی محتوایی بر قصد بازدید مجدد وبسایت در کسب و کارهای نوظهور اینترنتی با نقش تعدیلگری کیفیت وبسایت است. این پژوهش از حیث ماهیت و روش، توصیفی- پیمایشی بوده و از نظر هدف کاربردی است. ابزار جمع آوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه است که به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده در اختیار 110 نفر از کاربران وبسایت مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. پس از تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها به کمک تکنیک مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری، به دلیل بزرگتر بودن عدد معناداری t از مقدار 1.96 برای متغیرهای: بازاریابی محتوایی با نقش تعدیل گری کیفیت وبسایت، کمیت و همچنین، کیفیت محتوای سایت؛ معنی دار بودن تأثیر هر سه متغیر بر قصد بازدید مجدد از سایت در سطح اطمینان 95% تأیید شد. بر اساس ضرایب استاندارد شده مسیر میان متغیرهای: بازاریابی محتوایی و قصد بازدید مجدد از سایت کمیت محتوای سایت و قصد بازدید مجدد از سایت و نهایتاً کیفیت محتوای سایت و قصد بازدید مجدد از سایت، مشاهده می شود که متغیر بازاریابی محتوایی به میزان 46%، کمیت محتوای سایت به میزان 19% و کیفیت محتوای سایت به میزان 60% تغییرات قصد بازدید مجدد از سایت را تبیین کرده و تأثیر مثبت و معنادار است.

بررسی تجربه دیجیتالی کاربران بانکداری اینترنتی با استفاده از روش هیوریستیک
گسترش نفوذ بانکداری اینترنتی در کشور، تجربه ی کاربری بانکداری اینترنتی را به یک عامل کلیدی جهت برتری در فضای رقابتی کنونی تبدیل کرده است. از اینرو ارزیابی تجربه ی کاربری گامی کلیدی در جلب رضایت و وفاداری مشتریان به شمار می رود.روش تحقیق در این مطالعه، توصیفی است. برای ارزیابی تجربه ی کاربری روشهای متعددی ارایه شده است که در این میان روش هیوریستیک (روش کیفی) یکی از گسترده ترین روشهای ارزیابی تجربه ی کاربری سیستمهای تعاملی به شمار می رود. این رویکرد یک روش اثربخش برای ارزیابی رابط کاربری مبتنی بر اصل طراحی کاربرمحور به شمار می رود. این مقاله تجربه ی کاربری را روی وب سایتهای بانکهای تجاری ملت، ملی و سامان را به عنوان یک مطالعه موردی، با اصول ده گانه کاربردپذیری نیلسن (1994)مورد بررسی قرار می دهد.یافته ها نشان می دهد که تفاوتهایی بین طراحی وب سایتهای بانکها؛ شامل برخی مشکلات مانند عدم اطلاع از زمان انتظار کاربر و عدم وجود قرارگیری مکان اطلاعات بصورت منطقی وجود دارد. در بین سه وبسایت بانکی که ارزیابی شد، بانک A کاربردپذیرتر از دو بانک دیگر شناخته شد و دلیل آن سادگی و عدم وجود اطلاعات غیر ضروری در سیستم بود.

مطالعه مردم نگارانه درک معنای برند ترک (مطالعه موردی منطقه آزاد انزلی)
اقبال مصرفکنندگان ایرانی به محصولات ساخت ترکیه بهگونهای است که بسیاریاز تولیدکنندگان ایرانی محصولات خود را ساخت ترکیه و بسیاریاز فروشندگان ایرانی محصولات ساخت ایران را جنس ترک معرفی میکنند. در این شرایط تولیدکنندگان ایرانی صدای خاموش صحنهی بازار هستند. هدف از پژوهش حاضر درک معنای تولیدکنندگان ایرانی از برند جنس ترک است که برای این منظور از روش پژوهش مردمنگاری با رویکرد انتقادی استفاده شد. جامعهی آماری پژوهش تولیدکنندگان در منطقه آزاد انزلی، روش نمونهگیری غیراحتمالی هدفمند و حجم نمونه باز با قید دستیابی به اجماع نظری است. مصاحبه نیمهساختاریافته، مشاهده غیرمستقیم و مستقیم، حضور در کنشهای فردی و جمعی و یادداشتبرداری راههای جمعآوری دادههای مورد نیاز پژوهش است. استفادهاز استقراء در بررسی دادههای جمعآوری شده در فرآیند مشاهده، مصاحبه، یادداشتبرداری، استخراج گزاره، کدگذاری باز، کشف مفهوم و کدگذاری محوری نشانداد که معنای تولیدکنندگان ایرانی از جنس ترک دارای سه مقولهی پشتیبانی دولت ملّیگرای جمهوری ترکیه از برندهای با مبدأ ترکیه، پشتیبانی مردم ملّیگرای جمهوری ترکیه از برندهای با مبدأ ترکیه و فضای مناسب کسبوکار در جمهوری ترکیه است.

تبیین مدل رفتار خرید مصرفکننده در انتخاب محصولات لذتبخش با رویکرد آمیخته (مورد مطالعه: فروشگاه های زنجیره ای همواره تخفیف)
شناخت اندکی درباره رفتار مصرفکننده بخصوص رفتار انتخاب مصرفکننده در برابر خرید و مصرف محصولات لذتبخش از فروشگاههای زنجیرهای همواره تخفیف در کشورهای در حال توسعه وجود دارد. هدف پژوهش حاضر طراحی مدل مفهومی رفتار خرید مصرف کننده در انتخاب محصولات لذت بخش بر اساس عوامل موثر بر خرید می باشد. رویکرد پژوهش آمیخته می باشد و از لحاظ هدف، کاربردی می باشد. به این ترتیب در بخش کیفی، دادهها از طریق مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته گردآوری و از استراتژی نظریه داده بنیاد مشتمل بر کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی و نیز الگوی مبنایی این نظریه به منظور دستیابی به مدل مستخرج از پژوهش استفاده شده است. برای انتخاب نمونه، روش نمونه گیری گلوله برفی که جزو روشهای نمونهگیری هدفمند میباشد، تا حصول اصل اشباع نظری بکار گرفته شد. همچنین در بخش کمی، دادهها از طریق پرسشنامه گردآوری و روش توصیفی پیمایشی با استفاده از مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری برای تحلیل و تبیین مدل پیشنهادی به کارگرفته شده است. نتایج کیفی پژوهش در قالب مدل تأیید شده و برازش یافته شامل شش مقوله یا بعد اصلی (انگیزشهای خرید لذتبخش، ویژگیهای فروشگاه، ویژگیهای فردی، استراتژیها، ارتباطات و وفاداری مشتری) و 23 بعد فرعی است. نتایج در بخش کمی نشان داد که انگیزشهای خرید لذتبخش، ویژگیهای فروشگاه، ویژگیهای فردی بر استراتژیها و ارتباطات تاثیر مثبت و معناداری دارند. همچنین استراتژیها و ارتباطات بر وفاداری مشتریان در انتخاب محصولات لذتبخش تاثیر مثبت دارند.

تأثیر ارتباطات بازاریابی شبکه های اجتماعی بر ارزش ویژه برند، ارزش ویژه ارتباطی و پاسخ مشتری
هدف از این پژوهش بررسی تأثیر ارتباطات بازاریابی شبکه اجتماعی بر ارزش ویژه برند، ارزش ویژه ارتباطی و پاسخ مشتری است. ابعاد ارتباطات بازاریابی شبکه های اجتماعی سرگرمی، تعامل، به روز بودن، سفارشی سازی و تبلیغات شفاهی درنظر گرفته شد. از آگاهی از برند و تصویر برند بعنوان دو بُعد اصلی ارزش ویژه برند استفاده شد. همچنین ترجیح برند، تمایل به پرداخت بالاتر و وفاداری به برند، بعنوان ابعاد اصلی پاسخ مشتری لحاظ شد. برای روایی پرسشنامه از روایی محتوا و برای پایایی از آلفای کرونباخ استفاده شد که مقدار آن 89/0 بدست آمد. جامعه آماری پژوهش کاربران شبکه اجتماعی اینستاگرام چرم درسا هستند. باتوجه به حجم بالای جامعه، از نمونهگیری تصادفی ساده با حجم 300 نفر استفاده شد. دادههای گردآوری شده در دو سطح آمار توصیفی و استباطی تحلیل شد. از مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری برای آزمون مدل و بررسی فرضیه های پژوهش استفاده شد. نتایج پژوهش به مدیران شبکه های اجتماعی کمک کند تا از طریق ساز و کارهای موجود در ارزش ویژه برند و ارزش ویژه ارتباطی، بر پاسخ مشتری تاثیرگذار باشند. با استفاده از نتایج این پژوهش می توان به مدیران بازاریابی پیشنهاد کرد با استفاده از ساز و کارهای پیش بینی شده در ارتباطات بازاریابی شبکه اجتماعی و همچنین با فراگیر کردن فعالیت های برند خود در شبکه های اجتماعی پاسخ های مشتریان به این فعالیت ها را مشاهده نموده و با استفاده از این سازوکارها، وفاداری مشتریان به برند خود را تقویت نموده و پاسخ مشتریان در جهت افزایش رضایت از برند را دریافت نمایند.

ارائه الگوی مفهومی برای تبین بازاریابی کمیابی با تا کید بر اصالت برند در رفتار خرید آنلاین
مصرف کنندگان همواره در جستجوی بازارهایی هستند که بتواند نیازهای خود را به بهترین شکل برآورده ساخته و کالا و خدمات با کیفیت خریداری کنند. همچنین با پیشرفت هایی که در زمینه فنآوری اطلاعات صورت گرفته، این موضوع باعث پیدایش و توسعه شکل جدیدی از بازار به نام بازارهای اینترنتی شده که این فروشگاه های اینترنتی به دنبال ارائه برندهای اصیل برای ارضا نیازهای درونی و بیرونی مشتریان خود می باشند. از سوی دیگر برخی بنگاه ها، تلاش دارند تا در بازار با ایجاد محدودیت در تعداد و یا زمان برای خریدار، نیاز به خرید بیشتری نزد مشتریان ایجاد کنند. هدف محقق در این پژوهش شناسایی عوامل اثرگذار بر مفهوم بازاریابی کمیابی با تاکید بر نقش اصالت برند می باشد. پژوهش حاضر دارای رویکردی بنیادی بوده و به دنبال ارائه مدلی مفهومی به منظور تبیین مفهوم بازاریابی کمیابی با تاکید بر اصالت برند در حوزه رفتار خرید اینترنتی میباشد و پژوهشگر از رویکرد آمیخته استفاده کرده است. به این ترتیب که در بخش کیفی از استراتژی نظریه داده بنیاد و مشتمل بر کدگذاری باز، محوری، انتخابی به منظور دستیابی به مدل الگوی پژوهش بهره برده شده است. در بخش کمی از روش توصیفی پیمایشی و برای آزمون مدل پیشنهادی از نرم افزار پی ال اس استفاده شده است که نتایج پژوهش در قالب یک مدل تایید شده و برازش یافته، شامل 5 بعد اصلی و 33 بعد فرعی ارائه شده است.

استخراج شبکه تداعیات ذهنی افراد به برندهای خودروساز چینی با استفاده از تکنیک استعارههای استخراجی زالتمن(زیمت)
برندهای خودروساز چینی در سالهای اخیر رشد زیادی در بازار ایران داشتهاند و سهم از بازار آنها افزایشیافته است، در این تحقیق هدف محققین این بوده است که دریابند چه تداعیاتی در ذهن مخاطبان نسبت به برندهای خودروساز چینی وجود دارد، این تداعیات چه جنس و شدتی در ذهن مخاطبان دارند و چگونه این تداعیات باعث خرید خودروهای چینی میشوند. برای جمعآوری اطلاعات از مصاحبه و روش استعارههای استخراجی زالتمن (زیمت) استفادهشده است، جامعه مورد مطالعه افرادی بودند که تجربه استفاده از خودروهای چینی را داشتهاند (استفادهکنندگان سابق، استفادهکنندگان فعلی). یافتههای تحقیق بهصورت نقشه و شبکه تداعیات ذهنی مخاطبان نشان داد که ویژگیها، کارکردها و ارزشهای خودروهای چینی عمدتاً منفی هستند و میزان تکرار تداعیات منفی در گفتههای مخاطبان بیشتر بود. مهمترین تداعیات مثبت شامل قیمت نسبتاً کم و مصرف کم سوخت بودند و مهمترین تداعیات منفی شامل هزینههای نگهداری بالا، ریسک بالای فروش، بیکلاس بودن، برند ضعیف کشور و کیفیت فنی پایین خودرو بودند. تحقیق در مقایسه با تحقیقات پیشین عمدتاً نتایج یکسانی را از حیث تداعیات، نگرشها، ویژگیها، کارکردها و ارزشها داشت و نشان داد که مانند بسیاری از نقاط دنیا نسبت به برند کشور چین و محصولات چینی تداعیات و نگرشهای مثبتی وجود ندارد، اما به دلیل فعالیت این برندها در بازار کشورهای در حال توسعه و این واقعیت که مردم این کشورها از نظر مالی قدرت زیادی ندارند، علیرغم وجود تداعیات و نگرشهای منفی نسبت به این محصولات، مردم آنها را به دلایلی مانند ناچاری خریداری میکنند.

نگاشت نقشه ذهنی مصرفکنندگان نسبت به کالای ایرانی
آنچه که در ایران و در شرایط کنونیِ کشور به یک چالش تبدیل شده، دیدگاه مصرفکننده در مورد برتری محصولات خارجی است. مطالعات داخلی نشان می دهد، تمایل مصرف کنندگان ایرانی به خرید کالاهای ایرانی از حد مطلوب کمتر است. همین مسئله به یکی از دغدغههای دولتمردان و تولیدکنندگان ایرانی تبدیل شده است. هر مصرف کننده پیش فرض هایی برای انتخاب محصولات مورد نظر خود داشته و هر فرد برای خود سیستمی از سازه های شخصی را شکل می دهد و از آن برای معنا دادن به دنیای اطرافش بهره می برد. به عبارتی رفتار اشخاص توسط همین سازه های شناختی هدایت می شود که اگر به طور صحیح احصاء شوند به درک عمیق تر و منسجم تر و همچنین ایجاد بینش های جدید نسبت به موضوع مورد مطالعه برای پژوهشگران منجر می شود. هدف این مطالعه نگاشت نقشه ذهنی مصرفکنندگان نسبت به کالای ایرانی می باشد.در این راستا، با پانزده نفر از مصرفکنندگانی که نسبت به کشور مبدأ درگیری ذهنی بالایی داشتند، مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته با استفاده از تکنیک زیمت انجام گرفت و نقشه اِجماعی کالای ایرانی استخراج گردید. این نقشه شامل 37 سازه ذهنی مثبت و منفی است که در بین آنها سازههایی مثل "دور ریختن پول"، "عدم اطمینان"، "حس فریب خوردن"،"عدم نوآوری"، "عدم اعتماد"، "دوری کردن از کالای ایرانی"،" طراحی نامناسب"، "جذابیت کم" و "عدم زیبایی" دیده میشود. در انتها بر اساس روابط بین سازهها، سازه های مرکزی و تأثیر گذار که کنترل سایر سازه ها را در دست دارند، استخراج گردید.

برندسازی جهت خلق ارزش مصرفکننده در نظام بانکی کشور
برندسازی بهعنوان شکل جدیدی از ارتباطات میان مشتریان و بانکها بهمنظور الزام رقابتی و پارادایم غالب در بازاریابی صنعت بانکداری مطرح است. این مفهوم بسیار پویا بوده و علیرغم پژوهشهای گسترده، هنوز بهاندازه کافی موردبررسی قرار نگرفته است. هدف این پژوهش، شناسایی و سطحبندی عوامل تشکیلدهنده برند در صنعت بانکداری میباشد که ازنظر نتیجه توسعهای و از منظر هدف کاربردی به شمار میآید. پژوهش حاضر از روش ترکیبی بهره میگیرد بدینصورت که نخست عوامل تشکیلدهنده برند در صنعت بانکداری کشور بامطالعه مبانی نظری و با استفاده از روش دلفی(اخذ نظر خبرگان) شناسایی و سپس از طریق رویکرد مدلسازی ساختاری تفسیری نسبت به سطحبندی عوامل برندسازی اقدام شده است. یافتههای پژوهش حاکی از آن است که عوامل یازدهگانه برند سازی در سیستم بانکی در پنج سطح به ترتیب وفاداری برند در سطح اول، تمایل برند، دلبستگی برند و اعتماد برند در سطح دوم، ابعاد تعهد برند، رضایت برند، شخصیت برند، شهرت برند و ارزش ادراکشده در سطح سوم، کیفیت خدمات در سطح چهارم و هویت برند در سطح پنجم طبقهبندی میشود.

مطالعه سطوح گرافیکی هشدار در بستهبندی های سیگار و تاثیر آن بر نیات ترک مصرف؛ تحلیل نقش میانجی برانگیختگی ترس و ادراک از تهدید سلامت
در دهه های اخیر، بازاریابی اجتماعی به عنوان یک نگرش مؤثر بر تغییر رفتار تکامل یافته است. امروزه یکی از دغدغههای سلامتی برای جوانان جلوگیری از گرایش آن ها به دخانیات است. پیامهای هشداردهنده گرافیکی یکی از طرح های توسعه داده شده در بازاریابی اجتماعی است که هدف آن افزایش کنش ترک یا کاهش مصرف سیگار است. این پیامها، روشی است که امید می رود بتوان از طریق آن با مصرفکننده سیگار و اطرافیان او ارتباط برقرار کرد تا رفتار مصرفی وی تعدیل شود. هدف از انجام این پژوهش، بررسی تاثیر هشدارهای گرافیکی روی پاکتهای سیگار است. در پیمایش انجام شده دادههای مورد نیاز از 126 نفر از دانشجویان سیگاری دانشگاههای تهران در منطقه یک جمعآوری و مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. نتایج تحلیل آماری نشان داد که سطوح هشداردهنده در پرتو متغیر دفعات مصرف سیگار منجر به ایجاد ترس میشود و ترس بر روی باور به تهدید سلامت ناشی از مصرف سیگار تاثیر میگذارد. با این حال یافتهها نشان داد هشدارهای گرافیکی بر نیات ترک سیگار تاثیری ندارد ولی در تعامل با دفعات مصرف سیگار میتواند بر نیات ترک سیگار تاثیر داشته باشد. نتایج این پژوهش همچنین نشان میدهد که پیامهای تصویری برخلاف پیامهای متنی تأثیرگذاری بیشتری دارند.

پدیدارشناسی رفتار خرید شب عید زنان در نوروز باستانی ایرانیان
خرید کردن یکی از ابزارهای ضروری در تأمین نیازهای اولیه و ارضای نیازهای روانی است. هدف این مطالعه، فهم خرید شب عید در زنان است که منظور آن کسب درک و بینش عمیقتر و غنیتر درباره این پدیده می باشد. از اینرو توجه به رفتار خرید شب عید از نگاه زنان ایرانی از نوآوری این پژوهش میباشد. پژوهش حاضر با صبغه کیفی مبتنی بر پارادایم تفسیری است که به مدد راهبرد پژوهش پدیدارشناسی به اجرا درآمده است. به منظور گردآوری دادهها با سیزده نفر از زنان خانهدار و شاغلی که دارای فرزند و در بازه سنی ۳۰ تا ۴۰ سالگی بودند، مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته صورت گرفته است. برای تحلیل دادههای مصاحبه از روش ون منن (تجزیه و تحلیل درون مایهای) استفاده شده است. یافتههای حاصل از پژوهش مشتمل بر سه درون مایه است که عبارتند از «ماهیت خرید شب عید»، «پیامدهای خرید شب عید» و «فرایند خرید شب عید». نتایج پژوهش نشان می دهد که پدیده خرید شب عید دارای چهار درون مایه «اتمام روزهای سخت»، «شادی و تکاپو»، «خوداظهاری» و «نوستالژی کودکانه» است و پیامدهای اقتصادی، اجتماعی و روانی مثبت و منفی به همراه دارد.

طراحی مدل برندسازی در شرکتهای بیمه بازرگانی ایران با استفاده از رویکرد پژوهش ترکیبی
یکی از چالش های اساسی بازاریابی خدمات این است که ناملموس هستند. شاید به همین دلیل باشد که بازاریابی و فروش خدمات سختتر از کالاها بوده و موفقیت در آن مستلزم به کارگیری استراتژیهای بازاریابی و برندسازی کارآمدتر و نیز کارکنان فروش تواناتر است.این پژوهش که به طراحی مدل برندسازی خدمات در شرکتهای بیمه بازرگانی پرداخته است، از دید روش ترکیبی (کیفی و کمی)، از منظر هدف کاربردی و به لحاظ شیوه گردآوری اطلاعات، پیمایشی است و در دو فاز صورت گرفته است. در فاز کیفی با 40 نفر از خبرگان صنعت بیمه که عمدتاً مدیران میانی و عملیاتی/روابط عمومی بودند، مصاحبههایی صورت گرفت و طی آن مهمترین شاخصهای مؤثر برندسازی در شرکتهای بیمه بازرگانی کشور استخراج گردید. در این بخش از پژوهش 132 مفهوم، 25 مقوله و 7 محور کلّی برای برندسازی شرکتهای بیمه بازرگانی شناسایی شدند که عبارتند از: توانمندیهای فنّی، پشتیبانی، و مدیریتی و نیز آمیزه بازاریابی خدمات، ویژگیهای محیطی، استراتژی فروش، و بازاریابی داخلی. بدین ترتیب، مدل تحقیق با استفاده از روش برخواسته از دادهها تبیین گردید. در فاز دوّم پژوهش برای تعیین میزان اهمّیت نسبی متغیرهای مدل و تحلیل نتایج از روش تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی و تأییدی استفاده شد و مدل به دست آمده در فاز اول پژوهش مورد تأیید کمی نیز قرار گرفت.

تحلیل محتوای پژوهشهای مدیریت فروش و رفتار مصرفکننده ورزشی در ایران
هدف این پژوهش، تحلیل محتوای ﭘﮋوﻫﺶﻫﺎی مدیریت فروش و رفتار مصرف کننده ورزشی در نشریات مدیریت ورزشی ایران میباشد. نوع پژوهش، آمیخته ی مبتنی بر تحلیل محتوا است. نمونهی آماری کلشمار و شامل، ﻣﻘﺎﻻت نشریات علمی- پژوهشی ایران از سال 1382 تا پایان خردادماه 1397، برابر 331 مقاله می باشد. ابزار پژوهش برگههای کدگذاری بوده اند که روایی (راستی) آنها توسط اساتید متخصص در بازاریابی ورزشی تأیید شده است. پایایی (درستی) مربوطه با ضریب توافق بین کدگذاران به وسیله فرمول پیاسکات (94%) بدست آمده است. بررسی های انجام شده نشان داد که ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶﻫﺎی انجام شده در فصلنامه رویکردهای نوین در مدیریت ورزشی با 36 مقاله ﻣﻨﺘﺸﺮگردیده است. محور اﺻﻠﻲ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶﻫﺎ، در حوزهی ارزیابی اثر برند شدن (%2/14)، ﺑﻮد و در حوزهی پژوهشی: وابستگی روانی مصرفکننده ورزشی (%15/21) ﺑﻮده است. (%7/86) ﭘﮋوﻫﺶﻫﺎ از روش ﻛﻤّﻲ و (%85/46) از نرمافزار آماری (SPSS) اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪه است. (%4/96) پژوهشهای مذکور دارای هدف کاربردی و گروه مشتریان کالا و خدمات ورزشی با (%39) ﺳﻄﺢ ﺗﺤﻠﻴﻞ ﻏﺎﻟﺐ بود که (%2/39) ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﺎت روی آنها، ﺻﻮرت ﮔﺮفته است. (%6/97) موارد از دادهﻫﺎی ﻣﻘﻄﻌﻲ ﺑﺎ پرسشنامه (%65/80) انجام و از دادهﻫﺎی ﻃﻮﻟﻲ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده نشده است. جالب توجه اینکه (%43/31) ﭘﮋوﻫﺶﻫﺎ در سطح ملی و ﺗﻮﺳﻂ 3 ﻧﻮﻳﺴﻨﺪه (%2/43) اﻧﺠﺎم گردیده است. همچنین (%85/52) ﭘﮋوﻫﺶﻫﺎ ﺣﺪاﻗﻞ دارای یک ﻧﻮﻳﺴﻨﺪهی زن ﺑﻮده اﻧﺪ واز ﺳﺎل 1392 روﻧﺪ ﭘﮋوﻫﺸﻲ این حوزه، رﺷﺪ ﭼﺸﻢﮔﻴﺮی داشته است. بنابراین، انتظار میرود این پژوهشها با ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﻳﻲ ﻣﺴﺎئل ﻣﻮﺟﻮد و ﮔﺬﺷﺘﻪ، روﻳﻜﺮدی آﻳﻨﺪهﻧﮕﺮ جهت ﻛﺸﻒ ﻓﺮﺻﺖﻫﺎ و ﺟﻬﺖدﻫﻲ به پژوهشهای آتی در اختیار دست اندرکاران این حوزه، قرار دهند.

طراحی مدل ارتقای تجربه و پاسخ مشتری با استفاده از بازاریابی رسانه های اجتماعی
هدف پژوهش حاضر طراحی مدل ارتقای تجربه و پاسخ مشتری با استفاده از بازاریابی رسانه های اجتماعی می باشد. بنابراین شناسایی مقوله هایی که به ارتقای تجربه و پاسخ مشتری منجر می گردد و راهبردهای مورد نیاز در این زمینه از اهداف این پژوهش می باشد. پژوهش پیش رو با روش گراندد تئوری (نظریه داده بنیاد) سیستماتیک انجام شد. نمونه گیری در این پژوهش به صورت نمونه گیری نظری می باشد. داده ها از طریق ابزار مصاحبه جمع آوری گردید. انجام مصاحبه ها تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری ادامه یافت. در مجموع مصاحبه ها با 14 نفر از مشتریان و متخصصان که از بازاریابی رسانه های اجتماعی در زمینه پوشاک و در شهر اصفهان استفاده می کنند انجام گرفت. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از طریق سه نوع کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی انجام گرفت و در نهایت مدل پژوهش به دست آمد. نتایج این پژوهش نشان می دهد که مقوله های مدیریت زمان، مدیریت هزینه، مدیریت اوقات فراغت، انتخاب محصول مناسب، تمایل به رفاه و آسایش و نفوذ اجتماعی عوامل علّی و سبب ساز مشارکت مشتری و استفاده از بازاریابی رسانه های اجتماعی می باشند که این مقوله ها از طریق راهبردهای پژوهش حاضر یعنی قابلیت های رسانه های اجتماعی، تحرک و پویایی مشتری و ارزش درک شده به تجربه و پاسخ مشتری منجر می گردد.

طراحی الگوی بازاریابی صادرات محصولات فرهنگی با توجه به رفتار مصرف کننده (مورد مطالعه: تابلونقاشی)
امروزه صادرات و بویژه بخش بازاریابی در این حوزه به عنوان عامل برتری و مزیت رقابتی برای کشورهای در حال توسعه و نیز توسعهیافته مطرح شده است. از طرفی صادرات محصولات فرهنگی به عنوان محصولاتی که میتواند معرف سیمای واقعی و فرهنگی کشور ما بوده و کمک شایانی در جهت صادرات غیر نفتی باشد، در سالهای اخیر از جهات مختلفی مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. بی تردید در این زمینه شناسایی عوامل و طراحی الگویی اثربخش برای صادرات محصولات فرهنگی در جامعه علمی قابل ملاحظه است. روش پژوهش مورد استفاده در این پژوهش از نوع آمیخته کیفی – کمی است بدین شرح که ابتدا عوامل اثرگذار بر بازاریابی صادرات بالغ بر 120 عامل از ادبیات پژوهش شناسایی شده و سپس با استفاده از «روش هفت مرحلهای کلایزی» تعداد 33 عامل مهم شناسایی و مورد تجزیه و تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی قرار گرفت. در بخش تحلیل کمی تعداد 29 عامل که به لحاظ بار عاملی تأیید شدهاند با روش تحلیل مؤلفههای اصلی در 6 مفهوم طبقهبندی شده و به عنوان الگویی جهت موفقیت در بازاریابی صادرات محصولات فرهنگی شناسایی و معرفی شدهاند. با توجه به نتایج پژوهش میتوان گفت فرایند صادرات محصولات فرهنگی تا حدود زیادی به ادراکات و نحوۀ تعامل با مشتری بستگی دارد که خود نشأت گرفته از توانمندیهای شرکت و ویژگیهای محصول است که تحت عنوان ویژگیهای داخلی مؤثر شناخته شدهاند و ویژگیهای خارجی اثرگذار در رتبه دوم اهمیت قرار دارند.
